ORDER INFORMATION

Once your order is submitted and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email from Imagination Parties verifying your order date, time, venue, and specifics BEFORE your payment will be captured. Your confirmation will be within the same business day if submitted before 5 pm and the following business day if after 5 pm. That confirmation will finalize your order and the approved card you enter will be billed. If for any reason we cannot meet your specific request, you will be notified within the same aforementioned period and your payment will be voided.
